Vox’DD Academy was built to be more than a school, it’s a space where children can discover their voices, build their confidence, and learn to share their stories with the world.
Behind the Name
The name Vox’DD Academy begins with vox, the Latin word for “voice,” honoring our mother, an educator and lover of language who taught us the power of words. As siblings and artists, we wanted to create a space where young people discover that their voices are not just tools for performance, but instruments of confidence and creativity, carrying their own sound far beyond the studio or stage.
The traditional suffix “ed,” transformed into “’DD,” turns vox into action: a promise that after completing our programs, you haven’t just learned to use your voice—you’ve been “Vox’DD.” It also represents the “D” in Doron and Dorla, the founders building this vision together.
In this way, the Academy carries the spirit of our mother’s academic grace, offering deeper, richer learning, and inviting every voice to rise with purpose.
